Development of Competencies for Employability Digital Competencies

The term called Industry 4.0 (I4.0) is an umbrella-concept, which encompasses several elements from the latest technological trends influencing human workforce and education. But questions arise: Does industry concept itself change competencies? What impact on education? Thus far, only aspects have been investigated thoroughly, despite their well-known, strong, influence economy society. This study addresses interactions, dependencies, correlations between certain areas of social existence, as expectations regarding competencies continued role in economic sectors innovation. factor within society unquestionable we start to understand why industrial revolutions appeared. Fundamentally, it always concerns that stimulate human/social are heavily influenced by same changes. As I4.0 has not just how products manufactured but also practices consuming “products”, governments, research institutes, education systems, organisations all a crucial play managing massive wave change. We believe should be more deeply analysed understood, might give rise new complex terminology for techno-social change, eventually would feed into achieving goals efficiently.
